1. USE OF COOKIES

• 1.1   Mandatory cookies make our website usable by enabling basic functions such as page navigation.

• 1.2 Wood & Family uses cookies, which are necessary for the proper functioning of our website in order to enable certain technical functions and thus provide you with a positive user experience.

• 1.3 Statistical cookies by collecting data anonymously and sending it help site owners to understand how visitors communicate with the site. These are cookies that allow us web analytics, ie. analysis of the use of our site and measurement of traffic, which Wood & Family conducts to improve the quality and content of the services offered.

• 2.1 Wood & Family is the controller of personal data of natural persons and processes them in accordance with applicable regulations, directives and in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018) as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

• 2.2 The data subject is any natural person or representative of a legal entity whose personal data are processed.

• 2.3 We undertake to provide a legal, fair and transparent way of processing personal data by applying the following measures:

  a) a clear and transparent manner of forwarding information to the person to whom the data relate on the purpose, manner and type of processing of personal data by application already in the phase of collecting personal data;

  b) processing is necessary for the purpose of concluding an agreement or contract concluded with the data subject (eg customers and clients, employees, potential clients) or based on the prior consent of the data subject;

  c) processing is necessary in order to fulfill the legal obligation that applies to Wood & Family as a personal data controller (eg forwarding personal data of employees to external institutions on the basis of concluded employment contracts);

• 2.4 Minimum volume of data collected - Obtaining personal data on the data subject shall provide only the personal data necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data are processed. Additional personal data are obtained with the consent of the data subject, in order to fulfill a specific purpose.

• 2.5 Restriction on data retention - All data are retained within the legally prescribed retention periods and within the time limits necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing.

  In the case of processing personal data after the expiration of the retention period for purposes e.g. when making statistical analyzes, all data will be anonymous in a way that it is not possible to identify the natural person to whom the personal data refer.

3. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED

• 3.1 The personal data of the data subject, which are collected and are subject to data protection, are data on:

  a) identity of the person - name and surname, name of the company;

  b) addresses of persons - IP address of the equipment of the person to whom the data refer;

  c) availability of persons - contact phone (fixed and / or mobile phone), e-mail;

  d) business data of the legal entity - in cases when the natural person represents the legal entity
